You're ready to do this.Â
You just need someone to tell you exactly who to call, what to say, and how to make the ask feel like the most natural thing in the world. That's what I do.

How will you learn our mission and organization?
We start with a deep-dive onboarding — I immerse myself in your world. That means reviewing past grant reports, donor data, financials, event history, and existing fundraising materials.
I also spend real time with your leadership and team. The longer we work together, the sharper my understanding of what makes your donors give, what motivates your board, and what messaging truly lands.
You won't have to re-explain your mission every call. I show up already knowing your story.
Will you manage our staff or team?
Not in the traditional sense — I'm a partner, not a supervisor. I work alongside your team, not over them. My role is to bring clarity, structure, and strategy so your staff can do their best work with less friction.
Will you speak directly with our donors?
No — and that's actually by design. Your donors have a relationship with you and your mission, not with a consultant. What I will do is make sure you are fully prepared and confident every time you step into a donor conversation.
We'll craft your pitches together, practice the asks, anticipate objections, and debrief after meetings. You're the face. I'm the coach who makes sure you walk in ready.
What if we already have a Development Director?
Even better. A fractional partner isn't a replacement — it's a force multiplier. I work alongside your development director to build the systems and strategy that take pressure off their plate and help them perform at a higher level.
